If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

2. You are a member of a family group, check it in this link

Hello! I appreciate the help. I've just did these steps however and it didn't solved the issue. It's not that I just can't install the game, the app doesn't sign in to my xbox account, therefore it doesn't seem to validate my purchase of the subscription.

Am I the only one that can't connect to the Internet right now? Everything else in my house is connected but my Xbox one keeps telling me it can't connect to my wireless network. It started with destiny. I turned off my Xbox one thinking it was nothing that
big of a deal. Now I can't get on live because my Xbox one can't get my network. I've tried everything and I just can't get on. I'm not getting to error codes.

I already did all of that I've talked with customer service and everything else it is from Microsoft to the account linked with my Microsoft account but the code was just not in the email and I've been jumping through hoops for 2 days

I am having the same issue. I have talked to two customer service technician and tried everything from going on new accounts to factory resetting my Xbox and much more. I am able to join and start party's on other Xbox one's just not mine. I do not have
an window ten Microsoft app. Only a Xbox one and a 360
