hello well I've been muted for a week and I can't access my account to see why I've been punished or how long I've been muted for may I have some help with this problem please

Getting muted for a week.

So this kid team killed me, and was telling me to **** and a bunch of other hateful things. later in the round he died and I messaged him saying (trash) then he messaged back (reported)... I get off to go to as Christmas party and I come back to a WEEK BAN!!!! like
seriously xbox??? this is ridiculous I mean absolutely ridiculous I get told to kill my self and many other things and I get a one week ban! pathetic guys cmon seriously

same issue

im havinng a problem with the self mute for gears of war 3 ive been muted for some weeks now and cannot un mute myself. this happened when i muted everyone i the game i wasnt aware that it would mute me as well. so now im am muted for all the other games
that i play too.

It's not a 1.12 issue, I've been shadow muted for longer than that. There are other people who have been muted for way longer
