Hi I purchase Game pass offer 11/20/2020 for 1 € Later around 12/12/2020 I wasnt playing anymore with Game pass so I decided to unsubscribe. so I followed the procedure 1.Go to the Services and Subscriptions
page for your account. 2.Select Manage next to the subscription to cancel.

BUT I don't see an Xbox or Xbox game
pass
subscription

I verified if it was not the rigth account but in my mail I got a confirmation of my 1€ subscription

So I go find some help to the support but it was not helpfull at all.

the only thing that I found was if you don't find your subscribtion change account so i was stuck i decided maybe it cancelled by itself idk.

butlater the 12/21/2020 I found on my bank account a
withdrawal of 9,99€ from MICROSOFTSUBSCRI

So yea its pretty much it I dont know what to do and if I can have back my 9.99€

Oh and the best part is I dont even have the Game pass on my account xD

Hello, were you sure you were in the right account? Under billing and subscriptions check and see if you see the subscription. In that same account check and see if you see that you were billed for that subscription. You might need to contact support over
the phone or through live chat to have it fixed. Someone will pick up eventually its been a very long process, but someone is there to answer phones!!!

Normally if a Games With Gold Game does not display as Free at the checkout it normally gets fixed within 24 hours.

There are free game sessions, generally on weekends, after the deadline you will not be able to play anymore until the next session or purchase of the game.

So as long as the game launches I should be okay?

And ngophi I can say without the test my internet, while broadband, isn't always the fastest. lol. so that's probably what happened.
