    which wireless receiver are you using?

    The 360 controller needs a USB radio for the PC to use it and if that radio is not working then check if it is damaged. The radio is recognized by windows 10 fine, I have one made by Microsoft

    There's no plans or any sort of announcements for a wireless headset, as far as I know.

    The revised controllers for the Xbox One S actually connect to the console via the same proprietary RF as the regular Xbox One controllers do. The Bluetooth radio in the controller is only utilized when you connect it to a Windows 10 PC.

    Hi xBloojay,

    Usually you don't want any other wireless device in-between the console and controller, but having a laptop or router next to the Xbox shouldn't affect the radio signal. My router is close to my Xbox and I've never had random controller disconnections.

    I suggest rebooting the Xbox to restart the radio transmitter and improve connectivity. Go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle     the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect
    and turn on the Xbox. As stated earlier also re-sync the controller with the console through the BIND buttons on each device.

    Try that and let us know if you see any improvements!
