Hello!! I’m just have some question on getting back into the ambassador program!

Hello everyone, and as stated above i have questions on getting back into the program.

I ended up with a enforcement action on my account in May of 2018.

I just learned of this tonight when I decided to try getting into the program. I got into contact with a microsoft employee and after a few minutes of explaining that I wasn’t even aware of the enforcement action, he looked over my account and told me “seeing
as though it was over a year ago you should be good to be selected into the program. Just go into the fourms and talk to the ambassadors there.”

So here I am, trying to get back into a thing that I enjoyed so much a few years ago and am hoping to be guided onto the right track!!

Currently if you are removed from the program for an enforcement action, you cannot rejoin. Unfortunately since support does not handle the program directly they do not have correct information. You can join for the first time if you have not had an enforcement
action in 1 year, but that only applies to joining for the first time.

Like III Logical III stated, there are some bugs in the Ambassador program and website updates. Just give it time while they sort it out. You guys still have your Ambassador forum icons, so you're still in the program. If you have aditional questions about
the program, make sure to post them in the Ambassador forums.

Be sure to sign up for the ambassador program if you have not already. You will be able to use the ambassador chat to talk to and help those who need it. The ambassador program is the best way to assist people on Xbox live.

Other than that, just lok around the forums and answer some people questions.

If you new to the Ambassadors program and have some questions you can have a read through the handbook and join the discord server and there will be many Ambassadors eager to help out with any questions you have.

Yes, as long as you have not had enforcement action in the last 12 months, you can join the program. Be warned though, if you get enforcement action whilst you are an Ambassador, you will be out of the program and not allowed back in.
