In fact, we are not Microsoft employees, having said that. The only solution you have to view and appeal said suspension/ban is through the following link:

Through that page is the only solution you have to file an appeal and see your ban, Support cannot help you with this type of case, you can only do it through the aforementioned page.

It is allowed in the game because the game has an age rating restricting it to mature audiences. Xbox Network is designed to be used by players of all ages and therefore has different restrictions on cotent.

Content that you might find in mature and adult-rated games aren't always suitable for others to view on the Xbox network. We recommend sharing content that's rated Teen (T) or 16 at most.

"Almost two weeks ago, my strikes were 3/8."

Perhaps, you should ask yourself why you have 3 strikes and whether you need to modify your behaviour while online to stop getting strikes against your account.
