Hello, I wanted to ask if you need permission to post videos of xbox games.

I highly doubt we'll see any game with a remaster getting added to the backward compatibility list.

As Microsoft said in a video, they have to ask permission to add the games to the list. Is a publisher going to want you to play the game you already own or are they going to want you to pay out for the shiny new version.

If you receive any more emails like this, I would recommend not clicking on any links or downloading any attachments and reporting the email as spam.

EA games login problem is a separate issue that may be caused by server outages, routing issues, or cache problems. You can check the server status of EA gamesor contact EA supportif you need more help. Running EA app as an administrator or clearing cache may also help. Reinstalling EA app may be helpful, it may fix some corrupted files or settings.

I found out when launching Gotham Knights video game, Mercury is something that is being used by the cross- compatible Gotham Knights video game from Xbox app, I didn't, or I don't know if it's used on my Xbox Series X version or just its coming from the pc software game. I just wanted to reply back that it asks for Mercury to access permissions when Gotham Knights is ran on windows 11.

I am not sure why, but I removed Mercury again, after launching Gotham knights, and it has not asked me for its permissions again yet, but I am pretty sure its apart of that video game?

I asked Bing Chat, about what Mercury is to Gotham knights video game, also I own the deluxe version of that game on my console. it told me its the game engine for Gotham Knights. added a screenshot of the chat with Bing chat above in my post, this is what I had learn about it. so, it looks like it's not dangerous version of Mercury I had seen a web search but I had to idea at the time I had clicked on giving that permissions to Gotham knights the other day when I had first installed it to my desktop pc, since I only played the game on my Xbox series x and I don't remember it asking permissions for Mercury to access my account on my series x console, I think it only asks permission from the windows 11 OS for this game.

I am going to move this post to games and xbox app area on this forum. since its related to an xbox app, and video game, now that I know more about what Mercury is that is asking for account access permissions when the game is ran on windows 11.

Are you asking about installing these games on Xbox One?

If what you want is to redownload them on Xbox 360, please follow the advice posted by pyr0lyzer.

If, however, you are wanting to install these games on Xbox One, then unfortunately for the games you mention there is no cross-buy feature and you will need to re-purchase these for the Xbox One.

Sorry this isn't the ideal solution, but I hope this helps.
