Hello I redeemed a movie for 1,500 points and never received the movie

You guys had a promotion for the first Lord of the rings. The fellowship of the rings movie extended edition and I used 1,500 points to redeem said movie and it is yet to show up in my account or on any of the platforms or media players?

Also I have raised this issue twice to support

Microsoft rewards Support are the only ones who can help you with Rewards. You should check your email for redemption code

Since you've allegedly already contacted them twice, there's nothing more than can be done

Same here as well, unfortunately. I purchased 3 movies this month (all over $4) and have not received any reward points or recognition on the current Movies & TV punch card.

I purchased the Fury movie on January 1st, 2015 through Xbox Video. I never received the code either. How can I get my code? The code must be redeemed prior to March 15th, 2015. Please advise. Thank you.

On my 360 I recieve error codes when buying (game ad-ons, points) or renting (movies) anything. When trying to add a new CCard it won't except it. I can buy points from the store and redeem them, but still can't use them. Zune is alittle different. I can
buy songs, but no points, movies or change CCard.
