    hello, I recently got a Xbox one s and read that you get 50,000 reward points


    Hello,

    Recently I got an Xbox One S from the Microsoft store and read in the rewards section you would be rewarded with 50,000 Xbox live reward point, however I have not been giving them. I was wondering if there was a reason for this, thanks for your time.

    I just recently purchased a new Xbox one S and I never got my 50,000 reward points. any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    That offer was only for select members. Since you were not registered into the Rewards program when we selected users, you were not chosen for this offer and were not eligible.

    I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

    This is exactly the same whats happened to me, i bought the xbox one x and farcry 5 gold edition. with the rewards site saying id receive 50,000 points for the xb1x and 6000 points for farcry, ive got 735 point available... whats going on?? haha

    Thanks for the clarification, TheLostBoy1! The email that was sent was specifically for the 50,000 Rewards points. The £50 promotion was sent to users on their Xbox 360 dashboard, and is not related. You will want to post up in our
    Rewards Support forums about the 50,000 Rewards points. The Rewards points should be deposited in your account on 11/15/2014 for this promotion, so please hold off on posting until after that date.

    That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.
