    Are you banned only in Sea of Thieves or other online games to? If its only Sea of Thieves then its a game ban not a Xbox ban,

    I can't log into new xbox 360 with either old account, or with the account i use for my xbox one - which is a different account

    My console is not blocked. i ran the xbox live test and that was fine.

    no network related issues at all.

    but Accounts and few other options are greyed out still.

    i can't log in when prompted to enter my email/password details.

    is there anything related to 2F for logging on that could be the issue, or help resolve the problem?

    I am logged into my windows live account, no problem. I can log into xbox live account, no problem. Majong and Solitare cannot connect to internet. Ran all checks on my computer through troubleshooting. Nothing works.

    In the game Sea Of Thieves i bought an aperance potion for my pirate. during the proces of choosing a new pirate my cat jumpt on my keypad and choose a pirate i didnt want. so now i have waisted 150 coins in game. is their any possibility to refund the proces?

    Very unlikely unfortunately. Im game currency that has been spent is typically not refundable.

    I played 80 hours and none of the achievements got unlocked.

    If that was the reason you didn't unlock any achievements than yes, you will have to redo them. I know this is frustrating, when I was younger I ran into this problem a lot when I played my games on easy difficulty.
    Like everything Microsoft related, this is just one of the drops in a sea of microsoft crap. Steam doesn't have these kind of problems.
