Not received codes for pre ordering Quantum Break

I pre ordered quantum break and was supposed to receive codes for alan wake, alan wakes american nightmare and a windows 10 copy of quantum break, it has now been 2 weeks and still no codes, I have contacted customer support and they told me to post on here
so my problem will be resolved.

I'm having trouble finding the Promotion, but there was something in the small print about it possible taking 1-2 weeks for you to get the code.

Here it is.

"The code for this item will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days"

So just wait it out and call again if you haven't received it through that time frame.
