    H Excluded Rival,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort your forum access out once they see your message - please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as
    soon as they can!

    As for the XCL sweepstakes I am sure someone will be touch - main suport may be able to give you a better answer than me!

    Preview Program Support forums. You can speak with the preview team there and find out what's going on.

    Manu oo - I was able to verify that you are enrolled in the program. You now have permissions to access the
    Update Preview Forums.
