    Hello, i just bought xbox game pass today but sadly i am having problems with ea play.


    When i click on any type of game on ea play it looks like its loading but it doesnt load, is there any change that the game pass is causing an issue or is it the ea play please help.

    EA Play recognized on Console but not on PC!

    I originally got it through the EA Access on Xbox which has been renamed EA Play. My Xbox account is linked to my EA account on the EA app just fine. I believe I have it regardless of Xbox Game Pass since I do not have Game Pass. My problem is that on the Xbox console I can download the EA play apps but on the same account on the Xbox PC app I cannot download EA Play apps. I have been trying to get Star Wars Battlefront II which can be found on the Xbox App, which then tells me I have to have EA Play to download, which as previously explained I pay a subscription for and am able to use on my Xbox console. I am just confused as to why my EA Play works on the console but not the PC through the Xbox App on the same account.

    Hello, I bought yesterday the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for Pc. It says that includes Ea play, but i dont know hot to reclamate that. Tank you for your time

    I have the same issue, any fixes yet to this problem? Was really hyped to play Gears 5 after i bought game pass but i cant now sadly because of this error.
