    Hello, I have been experiencing a huge problem for a few days on GamePass (PC)


    Hello everyone, first of all, please forgive me for writing in French and simply using Google Translate, but I'm afraid my English isn't good enough to make myself understood.

    For the past few days, whenever I try to launch a game via the Xbox app on PC, I have to try several times. The game launches, then a black screen, then... nothing. If I persist, after several attempts and trying to overlap the launches (I don't know if I'm being clear), the game launches even though the Xbox app says I'm not in the game. However, I can complete achievements but not quests/rewards.

    If anyone has any ideas, I've already tried almost everything. Several different games, the problem remains the same: uninstall/reinstall the games, then the app. I even deleted my Insider account to uninstall the Xbox app and go back to the old version of the Xbox app, but to no avail. I've since rejoined Xbox Insider, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.

    If you have any ideas, leads, or solutions, I'm all ears. I really need it, considering I paid for the subscription until 2027. I'm on Windows 10, and my drivers are all up to date. I also have an Xbox Series X, logged in to the same account as my PC, and everything works perfectly on the Xbox. If you need more details, don't hesitate.

    Hello SkyDrop69! Sorry about your problem, i been waiting too because in my country it released later, maybe this might be your problem or maybe you have only gamepass and not gamepass ultimate, so you have to wait 4 days if i remebember well
