    Hello I looked into my order history and there were some things in it concerning sweepstakes entries, and it states that these things were shipped to me either by email or ship, but I never received them. From what my understanding is they were sent to my
    email or I won these things and they were shipped, but never got them. Also when I log into XBOX Live Rewards it shows that I have no points earned which is also incorrect. Please contact me via email as soon as possible. thanks.

    Xbox One is in Processing. What exactly does that mean?

    Hello all Xbox fans and gamers, I have a few general questions regarding exactly how the Xbox Repair program works. I sent mt console down to Texas and it was delievered Friday October 9th, 2015. It says the service order is processing my order. What does
    that mean? I also received an email from Xbox Support with a tracking number. I entered the tracking number on FedEx.com and it says a label has been created and the expected delivery date is Tuesday October 20th, 2015. Although it also says that it has not
    been shipped yet. So here are my questions: 1. If the Service Center is processing my order, what does that exactly mean? 2. My Xbox that I shipped down for service has no power, does Microsoft typically repair the console I sent down or replace it? 3. If
    my order is being processed is there a good possibility I will receive my new or repaired console by November 6th, 2015? 4. Before they send my new/repaired console is there anything I should have done to it? Inspection of some sort? Any responses will help!

    Hello Support Team

    I received notifications for and can confirm receipt of 2 of the items from the Mixpot, the Forza 7 driver gear (says E3 oddly enough in the Microsoft Account Order History page) and rhe Warframe item.

    I have not received a notification for, nor does the Microsoft Account Order History page or Microsoft Store item listings show, the Halo Wars 2 item or Goat Simulator being on my account.

    The Xbox Rewards program generally doesn't ship physical items. If those were from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

    Order stuck on pending

    I ordered a headset not a controller. I was told the item will ship in 2-3 days of the warehouse receiving the order and I would not be charged until the item ships. I have been charged twice, last time was a week and a half ago and my item still says
    its pending. So this did not resolve my issue

    First question is obvious. I know from any other store orders on Nov 10th these were orders not pre-orders like last month these should had been items ready to be shipped. Typically if you put items out for sale they have a specific quantity and they would
    tell you it was a pre-order or no. This is not the case for me when I have screen shots. My general question for anyone with have shipping issues and have a good POC for customer service.
