In order to link your old account to your Riot account, you will have to contact Riot Games Support as they have the tools to link both accounts on their server database.

We do not have the tools here on our end since we are Independent Advisors.

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to unlink your Microsoft account from your Riot account.
I want to let you know that unfortunately the only way to unlink the accounts is via the Riot account.

If they're not able to help you, I can suggest you to link a new Riot account to a new Microsoft account

please be aware that purchasing items outside of your actual region is not supported.

I would advise creating an account that fits your actual region and use the regional store.

I tried a different device and browser but it didn't work. It had the same problem of not showing
