Hello, my son goes by the gamertag under my email so i can keep tabs on it. He never gets on his xbox without supervision. Well last night a kid with the gamertag Fusionhawk333 that my son goes to school with got on and threatened my son with
violence. His Father then got on and started threatening my son with more physical violence. He then reported my son and got him a suspension. I would like to get fusionhawk333 a permanent ban on the grounds of breaking the terms of use and agreement set forth
by Microsoft. It's not the first time my son has had to block this child and now he gets a suspension? Not fair.

I did that as well, still doesn't work. I went on Activisions forums and I guess they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint via the console in order for them to investigate the other child. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

I understand you are experiencing an issue with an account suspension. In order to address a suspension, it must be done on the Enforcement website. We on the Xbox Forums are unable to retract, dispute, or enforce suspensions.

Bans and suspensions don't happen out of the blue. Either people reported you, then Enforcement investigated and found that you broke one of the rules or they found something else going on that's private and between you and Enforcement. Keep in mind to
that bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact. When you sign into the Enforcement site it will say why the suspension was issued. Depending on your infraction you may be able to dispute it.

If you can't get the page to work properly you may want to try a different browser or device.
