Hello, i forget my xbox 360 famyly code and i cant access now, what can i do ?

So my xbox was updated today and now I cant access my friends list or messages without receiving error code 8015000A.

This never happened prior to this latest update

 

Call up xbox support and see what they say. Or try recovering your account to your console. Maybe if you be more detail ppl here on the forums can better serve u.

Hello Itu93......you will have to call in to phone support to have the family passcode reset. You will also have to have the console registered in order to have that done. You can start the registration process at myservice.xbox.com

 

You can reach phone support if you are in North America by dialing 1-800-469-9269

 

Many people have asked how they can reset the family timer settings and/or the passcode on their Xbox 360 console. I have the answer! i called

xbox support and they confirmed the same procedure. The code varies depending on your serial number.

Reset all passcodes and security questions with this code:

1. On the 360 dashboard, scroll over to the "System" tab.

2. On the System tab, click "Console Settings".

3. Scroll down in console settings and click "System Info".

4. When the system info box comes up type in this sequence:

LT RT X Y LB RB Y "Left Stick in" (press it in) Y Y

A box should come up and say, "Would you like to reset the console to the factory defaults?"

Click Reset and you're done!

If this doesn't work, and that's highly unlikely, call Microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (U.S.). Provide them with your registration info and they will tell you how to reset the console.

Can some on help me and give me a factory reset code for dashboard 2,0,17489,0 because xbox dont support my at my country so i dont know waht to do only to reset it.

You will need to get the reset from Microsoft Support because the reset is based on your consoles serial number. They generate this code unique to your console. There isn't a generic code that can be used on any console.
