    i don't know why but i can't send a message on a xbox.... my account is no blocked i see... and i have a good reputation.... so i not understand why i can't send a message.... help me thanks

    Sorry to hear you're unable to send messages. Let's have you first power cycle your console if you haven't already. The next step would be to reset your router/modem—this normally
    means that you would need to unplug the power cable for that, wait 15-20 seconds, then plugging it back in.
