Hello i can't access this case review

Hello the case review button doesn't appear on my page tried safari and chrome nothing appears please could i have some help

the account it thetaz1009 is banned till 31/12/9999

I would like to know why my account has been suspended.

I applied for a case review. The decision was upheld.

I can't access the review to see why my account was suspended in the 1st place.

 

Can't submit case review

cant find out how to complain formally or submit a case review, (doesn't show up anywhere on the enforcement action page)

Well i just tried firefox as well and still doesn't work and yes i am doing it on thetaz1009

That would be the reason you cannot open a case review then. At the time your gamertag was originally banned you would have been able to post to the suspensions forums. Case Reviews are not back dated and are for recent enforcement actions only

 

What can i do then ? as i would really like to get that account back

 

Sorry but there is nothing that can be done now. The enforcement of the tag is too far out.

 

What no way at all nothing no one can do i miss that account
