Bought a Game in the Store - Cannot play it

Hello,

i bought a game in the store. It was Borderlands: The Handsome Collection

I cannot start it, as it tells me to insert a disc or buy the game. It is ridiculous. The phone support did nothing, tried it 2 times now with no solution.

Not pretty sure but I know the game's only available until the 30th.

The game was available has part off free play days 27th to 30th October.

If you want to carry on playing then you can purchase the game and your progress will continue
