Hello, I am unable to connect to the internet through the xbox one

Hello Daniel - I have solved the problem. The issue was that with a network like the Google Nest you can pause internet to certain devices. I had paused internet to the Xbox One through my google home app. Therefore the Xbox could connect to my Wi-Fi, but was unable to receive internet. Xbox was interpreting this as a Update issue, where the issue was really the lack of internet. Once I unpaused the internet to Xbox, the issue was resolved.

Looking through this forum there are 3, now 4 people suffering the some problems with Microsoft Sudoku. I have not been apply to sign in for the last 30 hours.

The message is 'unable to connect to Xbox server check your internet connection'.

I am able to connect to the Internet, Solitaire Collection and Mahjong.

There must be a problem at Microsoft Cloud.

See, I already have a problem at the first step and there's no next step for it. It says I'm connected to the internet, says my multiplayer connection is good, and a speedtest through the xbox shows a download/upload speed sufficient with my internet connection.

I am unable to use an ethernet cable as it is not feasible with the way my home is connected. For comparison, there are two more xbox ones in the house that are connecting just fine via WiFi (they aren't on either, so it's not like they're slowing down the
connection or anything).

I am having this same problem. I am connected to internet but unable to play call of duty, or any multiplayer game. I am given a message that says "unable to connect to online services"
