    I have recently been receiving a lot of hate messages on Xbox LIVE and dont have the money or Microsoft Points to change my gamertag.

    You will have to file a complaint via your console & it will be investigated by the enforcement team. The only way to report someone is using the tools on your console. You Can File a complaint against

    Xbox live enforcement does nothing for in game and party chat harassment

    If you are experiencing harassment or bullying, please document it (screenshots, photos, etc.) and then inform someone of these instances and their severity. Here is a link on some steps on what may assist your situation: Bullying
