    There's nothing you can do. It's not available on the cloud so there's no way to make it work that way.

    I also bought it on sale for 13.99 even though it says not available on cloud I was thinking that it’s not available on cloud if you don’t buy it that was not the case.

    2. Yes, I installed the latest windows update and graphics card drivers

    3. I have tried opening the game using Minecraft launcher as well as opening the game directly, neither of which has resolved the issue

    4. I am not using a VPN or antivirus

    Hi Derek,

    I have tried both Edge and Chrome.

    I do not own an xbox.

    The issue is not that I cannot install the games in my subscription, it is the fact that I am not able to see my perks page on the web site so I can for example redeem the Apple TV free trial.

    I am having the exact same issue? I tried everything that you said above and still can't find a way to invite my friends to a free trial. There's no invite friends in account settings on Xbox app, and on the web it says that this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass members
