To purchase Xbox Live Gold you can go here, just make sure the website is loaded in your region before trying to make a purchase.

If you are looking for someone to share their Xbox Live Gold with you, it is against the ToS.

If you are simply looking for friends on Xbox Live you can play with, I can suggest using a mic if you have one, adding any friends you have in real life that are also on Xbox Live.

It's against Xbox TOS to share account info. You would need to do so share Xbox live gold between accounts. I highly recommend against anyone doing so. As it could be a scam. Only trust close friends and family when it comes to such things.
