    xbox live subscription problem

    Hello,

    I can't buy subscription to xbox live, I am from romania, I bought xbox one about 1 month ago, and I realised I can't select region to romania, so I cant add a valid payment option so I can buy live subcription.

    Can't redeem live membership codes ?

    I got an error, I'm from Romania and just today I bought a code Xbox Live Gold Membership valid for 3 months and says it's not valid, and the site says that something is wrong: Something Went Wrong

    Give it Another try. If this Happens again, let us know by Entering the code Below it we can at xbox.com/errorhelp investigated.

    Hello, I am from romania and have exactly the same pb. I have a gold membership, clean profile, and play gta v.

    Since Friday I can not connect to Live service. The test pass until Internet and then fail in connection with Live.

    You would have to use an address with postal code for whatever region you set your account to. If you're trying to use it for billing purposes, the address would have to match the payment method you are trying to add. Since Romania is not supported by live,
    it is not possible to use Romanian information and you will have issues with some aspects of Live.
    I know but if i am from Romania an there is no Romania in locale it means i can't buy xbox live gold and games from the store ? Because that's not fair.

    Unfortunately that is what that means. Since Romania is not supported, Live is not available there and games are not always available to purchase digitally from there.
    šŸ˜ so i bought a xbox and can't use xbox live gold šŸ‘Žthat's bad. Anyways thanks for the answer.

    Fist of all, thank you for your quick reply!

    We are living in Romania, but we set the region to Hungary, because there is no option to select Romania.

    We still get the same error message.

    If we are able to buy the Game Pass Ultimate/Live Gold/Friends and Family pack, etc., then why we can't share the Family pack?

    Hi, I am getting the same error, I am in Romania. I bought the Xbox One S - 1 TB edition and came with GOW 4 as a gift code. After installing this - I have received 2 messages from XBOX LIVE - saying I can redeem GOW; GOW2; GOW3 & GOW Judgement. Can somebody
