    Need access to the Preview Program forums - SERIOUS ISSUE NEEDS ADDRESSED!

    Hello,

    I received the newest XBOX ONE NEW EXPERIENCE update a couple days ago and now I can't update games or apps, I need to access the forums and get help with this PLEASE!

    Every time I've tried to update a game or app since downloading the latest Preview update, I get an error message "There was a problem with the update" whenever I try to update a game or app. I've tested my network settings, power cycled my xbox, etc and
    still can't update my apps or games. HELP!

    Ok so I was in the preview program for the new update and now the update is out my dash still says preview on it and everytime I launch a app no matter what it is I have to redownload it even though I already have it downloaded can anybody help it is starting
    to get real annoying thank you ahead of time

    i think first ill look at the achievements, being the whore that i am.... and then off to campaign... but undoubtedly will be trying all game modes shortly thereafter. :)
