Hello how do I talk to some in xbox I keep requesting a call back but just keeps saying try...

I've tried to request a call back but it keeps saying problems connecting and try again. So frustrating

I have did everything it said to do it just keeps taking me back to the same page. Tried to call and talk with a real person but no luck

I think it might just be an issue with Support right now. I tried contacting Support myself yesterday morning and kept getting an error message as well, saying that they could not connect at this time and to try again. I even tried requesting a call back,
as it said the estimated wait time was 2 minutes. I kept requesting this over and over for about 10 minutes, and just kept getting an error message. So, it's very possible that it's just a problem on Xbox's end, in which case I'm sad to say, just keep trying.
Sometimes services go down for a while and then you wait a bit and try again, and poof, they work fine lol. Sorry, I wish I had a quick fix for you. If nothing else is working, I would say just keep trying and fingers crossed that you can contact them soon.
I would also take screenshots or some kind of record that you were trying to contact them, just in case they do tell you that you waited too long to request a refund. Good luck!

I do have a call into Costco support. They are supposed to call me back. I will keep everyone informed as to what they say.

Just keep on top of them, they should be able to rectify this for you

Maybe its because of covid-19 and microsoft not having enough people to answer calls online since the stores are closed! I’ve been trying all day and it just keeps saying they’re having heavy call loads and its not giving me an option to request a call
back!
