    Maybe be a little more specific.

    1. Did you receive the game itself?

    2. Assuming you did, you're just expecting your BONUS codes.

    3. If this is the case, you do realize that you're not going to get these right away right? I mean, they are BONUS codes after all.

    Read This:

    These codes will also be sent out in waves, and are also available to anyone who purchases Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016. If you pre-ordered Quantum Break, you’ll receive your codes within a couple of weeks of game launch. If you

    So, just be patient, you might be getting it some time soon. Also, threatening XBOX with legal action is like challenging Michael Jackson to a moonwalk battle. It will not go in your favor. Just be patient.

    Thanks for the link! From what we can see, purchasing the game should automatically activate that 3-month trial. Since this is a subscription service offered by Ubisoft, we definitely recommend that you continue to work with their support staff to reach
    a resolution. If there was a code we could send out for this promotion, that would be a different story, but unfortunately we are not able to provide a trial for a 3rd party subscription service.

    Please reach out to Ubisoft again, and definitely keep us posted here as well so we can make sure this is sorted! :)
