    I Have the same issue. Been getting the run around all night from xbox support. i pre ordered, installed and played all morning. I left for lunch came back and it says i dont own the game anymore and my order history no longer shows
    it as a purchased. So now im told i never bought the game and i have to rebuy it **** of here.
