    If the issue persists after the procedures I mentioned earlier, then it's definitely a hardware problem with the console, so it will be necessary for you to create a service order for your console to be properly inspected and repaired.

    It doesn't work I tired several times and days & weeks and I don't know what to do & I followed every instruction they're gave me here & youtube videos & I can do a video call to see it by you'reself & isn't a joke anymore I tired & may have dust or shifted hard drive I don't know. Like the effect of it & I can't recommend it.....

    Im sorry to read you're experiencing this issue with your Xbox console!

    If you haven't tried it before, please check if your Xbox console allows you to access the troubleshooting screen by following the steps below:

    1. Turn off the console and unplug the power cable for 30 seconds to ensure it's completely powered off. Then, plug it back in, but don't turn it on yet.

    2. Press and hold the Pair button on the console, then press the power button on the console once while continuing to hold the Pair button.

    3. Keep holding the Pair button for 10 to 15 seconds until you hear the power-on tone again, then release the button.

    4. The console should power on and display the Xbox startup troubleshooter on the screen.

    5. Once you access the troubleshooter screen, select "Reset this Xbox". You'll be prompted to choose the option to keep your games and apps, which will reset the operating system and remove any potentially damaged data causing the issue, without deleting your apps or games.

    6. After completing the above steps, check if the issue persists.
