    Hi guys, I have a problem, I want to buy a game from the Xbox 360, the game is Red Dead Redemption, which is available in the Xbox One, and I want to buy it from the Xbox One store, but i can't because every time i try to purchase it, a label appears saying
    "you cannot make this type of purchase with your account of xbox.com. Complete the transaction in your Xbox" What should i do? Help me please.

    Are you trying to buy it via credit card, pay pal, or credits already on your account?

    Have you tried buying it via your PC via the xblive marketplace(make sure you are logged in).

    At the moment you have to use a credit/debit card or paypal to buy 360 bc games on your xbox one or on xbox.com.

    You can only use account credit if you buy it on a 360.

    At the moment you have to use a credit/debit card or paypal to buy 360 bc games on your xbox one or on xbox.com.

    You can only use account credit if you buy it on a 360.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue!

    As of September 13, Red Dead Online has now been removed from Xbox Game Pass. Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is downloadable content for Red Dead Online and was not included with Game Pass. Therefore, you would have had to purchase it in order to access it.

    For our users that have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online as it is a requirement.

    Currently you are able to purchase Red Dead Online, Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode & Red Dead Redemption 2 (which bundles both the story mode and online)

    As stated, Red Dead Online has been removed from Xbox Game Pass as of September 13th. If you have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online.

    I purchased Red Dead Redemption and trying to download it but when it comes to %80 it says "Can't Download Red Dead Redemption"
