Hello Enforcement Team?

I tried applying for a case review in order to talk to an Enforcement Team member, however they simply reviewed it and brushed me off without any of the communication that they advertise would be available. This is ridiculous. I am not doubting the legitimacy
of my suspension, I know what I did, however the other person is also in the wrong. They did the same things as I did, and to add to that they were the reason the situation presented itself in the first place because they team killed me over five times before
I finally decided to message them.

Don't ignore this. I have had enough of Microsoft's incompetence with this matter. It took me four days just to get the review filed because the button didn't even work, and then I'm quickly shrugged off by
the Enforcement Team once I post on the forum.

I got suspended from Xbox Live for calling another player bad. Is that really a reason for a two week suspension. I won’t do this anymore obviously because I know the community is pretty soft now but I don’t understand why that results in a suspension where
now my brother can’t play on his account either. Anyway to review it and reverse this.

 

Also,

"This account was issued a 7 day communications suspension for the use of inappropriate and sexually abusive language towards other players through our messaging systems."

I just looked over the message thread. Not ONCE did I ever say anything sexual. Care to explain?

 

Yeah the whole enforcement thing is a total joke that needs to be removed.

If you receive verbal abuse or abusive messages over live block,avoid & report the sender,do not retaliate by sending abusive messages yourself.

 

Well if you cared to actually read what I posted, I didn't. Unbelievable.

I assume that was the reason you were suspended.
