    Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

    It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

    How to switch xbox account to different email address?

    Hello,

    If it's giving you a regional error when changing your e-mail there's no way around that unfortunately. You can't have a .ca e-mail account if your account is from a different region.

    I believe your only option in this case would be make a new e-mail account that's .com instead of .ca.

    Hello!

    Are they able to log into the account using the e-mail address that is on the Microsoft/Xbox account and password? If so, they would be able to log into the website account.microsoft.com with those credentials. Then go to "My Info" add a new e-mail address,
    make it the primary one, and remove the old e-mail address.

    It's not possible to have a parental e-mail that's the same as the e-mail on the account. If you do not know the e-mail that's associated with your parental e-mail,

    If I'm reading this correctly, your best option would be to tie your Xbox Account to your personal e-mail address (Change the e-mail associated with it under your info). Then create a new Microsoft account with your "work" e-mail address.

    You will need to fill out the account recovery form located here. You'll be asked questions in regards to the account in order to be able to change the e-mail from the incorrect e-mail
    to the correct e-mail.
