Microsoft only offers the repair service once your console is faulty

In that case, your console has a hardware malfunction. You'd need to get it fixed, unfortunately. If your Xbox One is the original model, Microsoft no longer does repairs on those models. But, if you have an Xbox One S or X, you can get it fixed with Microsoft. If that's not what you desire, you can also take it to a console repair store, where they can check what's wrong with your console and possibly get it fixed, but keep in mind that this wouldn't have anything related with Microsoft.

Hello Jamie, Xbox consoles can benefit from Microsoft's paid repair service, but only new generation Series S/X consoles.

The Fat, One S and One X consoles have already been discontinued and no longer have access to the paid repair service.

There should be a label, underneath on the large Original Xbox One and on the back of th S and X version. If it is an S or X, you can schedule a repair. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/getting-your-product-serviced

The original Xbox One is no longer repaired. Also depending on repair cost, it may be worth looking around online for a good deal, as prices are dropping on the S and X

You can send it back for repair it's one of the problems of the xbox one x 3 of my friends had the problem
