    Hello all. For a few years I have paid an annual subscription for the Microsoft solitaire collection. The title page comes up but the app. will not open. I have not had this problem before. Any comments?

    I should have said that I've tried uninstalling and re down loading but the problem persists.

    I cannot get Microsoft Ultimate Word Games to work on my new computer. I get error code 0x803F8001

    I have Windows 10 and I pay an annual fee for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, which contains Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Shouldn't I be able to use the Ultimate Word Games, since I pay for the Solitaire Collection? I did update everything in my laptop computer. I tried Repair, but have not tried to Reset yet.

    The message I get, when I try to access it is that to Pair a Device I need PIN AVH-200EX685495.
