Sadly there is no easy way to listen to music on Xbox 360 but here's how

1. Connect your media player's sync cable to a USB port on the Xbox 360 console
   
2. Press the Guide button on your controller.
   
3. Move to Media, and then select Music Player.
   
4. Select Portable Device.
   
5. Select the music you want to play.
