    Hellblade trailer does not work on my One-S


    Hi,

    after a long time not doing this, I was tempted to preorder Hellblade. I opened the shop with my One-S and selected the game. The trailer does not work, the screen gets black for a few seconds and then I'm back at the shop page.

    Why is that ? Well I'm just curious now. I won't preorder anymore, if even the trailer doesn't work, I'll wait for experiences with the released game on One-S.

    Error: Video cannot be decoded.

    Same here, I bought my new One S and set it up and went into the store to view a trailer and got the same message... The issue does not exist on my original Xbox one. I've also had this occur on my Surface Book a few times. Hope this get resolved soon.

    Samsung Soundbar HWE450 remote stopped working

    I've searched and I've tried all codes, but my Xbox One S will not recognize the soundbar. The Xbox One does, but not the S. I've tried all codes, but 2660 is supposed to be the exact code. I've see other threads here about similar issues, but the discussions
    trail off and no solutions. Does anyone know if there is a solution for this? Thanks!

    If you are unable to see clips or a trailer on the store this could indicate a networking issue. Are you seeing issues with any other clips or trailers on the store?

    Can you send us your detailed network stats and possibly a video of what you see on the console?

    We tested the trailer out on a few of our consoles and it seems to be working just fine, but we can help troubleshoot if you like!

    Hellblade 2. After seeing that trailer and hearing it was all in engine, that is my baseline for games/performance/graphics, etc. on the Series X.

    The Series X was definitely the star of the show with Hellblade 2. The game and animations look unreal and what a chilling trailer. It immediately increased my hype level exponentially. Completely unexpected.

    Hi

    Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is a current generation (Xbox Series X|S) and PC only title. It uses Unreal Engine 5 who's hardware requirements far exceed those of the now quite old Xbox One S.

    If you have Game Pass Ultimate you can Stream it to your console though.
