Heist team members

My strategy is play one coop heist then if it isn't a good team, back out and do the Ukrainian heist solo and repeat. Keeps things rolling for me. I've spent half n hour trying to play a game because they fill up so quickly or I get booted for no reason.

Also I'll throw it out there that the technician imo is the best class.

Ok, someone in the game helped me. The way to do it is to hit the Xbox Home button, go down to Messages, then press the RB to go to the Controller icon and scroll down to the gamertag, You can then send a friend request.
