Heist team for Xbox 360

Okay so heists came out yesterday and I am finding it nearly impossible with randomers since they all seem incapable of lasting for more than a minute in a gun fight, this means that the missions fail constsantly due to just bad players (not all, I've
been teamed up with good players as well) anyway I'm 20 so not a squeaker and can only play in afternoons since work n all, feel free to add me for GTA please no bad players that will cause mission failures all the time.

Difference between XBOX One version and XBOX 360 version

Xbox 360 = no heists

Xbox ONE = heists and other stuff cut from Xbox 360 version

Can't make it through prison break one either. I've had people crash the plane, stand there doing nothing or just shooting my car because apparently that's way more fun than doing the actual mission.

I disagree with OP. Did "Deliver the EMP" last night with randoms and no communication via headset. We still managed to pull it off with coordination. Don't know how. If you are playing with experienced players who know the game, you can still beat the objectives
with "randomers".

 

I could solo deliver the emp and the next mission as ground team.
