Heist is Coming

should wait for a good sale price, is more like a DLC, and the game modes will get boring quick as end of beta, everyone was barley even trying to complete the game objectives.

like hotwire, you have to steal a car and drive fast, and keep driving fast. Got the the point where folks totally ignored the cars, would just snipe or camp with a RPG.

Heist even got to be that way, just people sniping and not even trying.

First few days were fun though...

 

Did you play "Conquest" at all? That one had the best balance between PvP and objective completion IMO.

I never got the point of "Hot Wire". And Heist was just as confusing. I mostly did Conquest.

 

I think it would just be a good idea for me to stick to what I know, gta. I like the though of what EA did to battlefield hardline, but if players are not playing the game right, then I don't have time for that. still waiting on the heist with the hopes
that rockstar will not fail or even make me feel like they were a little focused on the cash cards by making the missions almost impossible with a small little payout. I would stop playing this game all together, but I don't want to. this is how I play with
old friends (on the PS3)

 

When folks do play right, its awful fun, and I made tons of cash every night just driving, always had $100,000 to spend on new toys, so many I didn't know what to buy. [ mostly as the really pricy guns, has 3x worst stats then the cheap guns.

"Conquest" was reg old COD Domination, capture a point and hold it.

You can do that in any shooter game.

Hotwire n Heist are both fun, until you run into a bunch of snipers.

Same problem you get with any shooter, some people only know how to camp.

Though if you can find a good pilot, the helo was unstoppable. was in a game where 2 guys in a helo owned the entire map, The guy could hold that sucker steady as a rock.

But you can exploit other things like the repair tool, 5 guys in a van, Id just spam the repair tool and keep the van alive through repeated RPG fire.

 

sounds fun, but not worth the price in my book. from where I stand, I cant beat a sniper. I never see them, and I'd die and lose the game before I even find where they are. so knowing that there are snipers doesn't make me want the game. I also talk to a
lot of people who play the game, and who stop and tell me people were playing good on like the first 2 days, after that, its call of duty all over again. I don't even like call of duty. I like the idea of cops and robbers, I may pick the game up in the distant
future, but its not a must have. I only hear of a couple modes that the game has, and people are having a blast with those couple of modes, will I get bored very easily, so that's not going to work for me.

 

Yes, wait for the game to be half price or less, its not a full game.

There is a cure to the sniper problem, they show you their location and what they are doing for a good 30 sec, before you get send to the spawn location selection / load out screen. Like a kill cam of sorts, you can see which direction they run off to or
if they just camp.

While driving it was a bit easier long as you changed your route often. some did the same easy route around the map making traps easier to set up.

 

Don't even get me started on the snipers. Nearly broke my controller out of rage, lol.

I literally got shot by a sniper from 3 feet away. If you are that bad, you shouldn't be playing. Then I switch to mechanic and wreck with the extremely accurate SMG. It's dead accurate until halfway through the clip. Then it starts to recoil upwards.

 

wait what happen to the big update for February??

 

@z4z delayed yet again but not as bad as the Pc version which got pushed back to mid April.

 

I was playing gta5 last night and saw on one of the waiting screens that heists will be coming out march 10. I don't think they will delay it this time, but with rockstar theres always a possibility. they said they were going to be 4 player missions....
that blows, I was expecting 6 or 8. hopefully we get the heists as the next update.

 

They said its coming out on the 10th. I don't think there is going to be an update in between there and now. And what big update in February are you talking about?

It sucks its only going to be 4 person.

 

there was suppose to be some update with zombies and a yacht, then the heist was suppose to come next and be the final update for the 360 and ps3
