    Hello,

    What can be done so Xbox series X can show .heic images?

    I have Samsung Galaxy S20 phone and using .heic files for my photos. They are auto uploaded to my personal OneDrive. On Windows 10 and Windows 11 insider, I do have HEIF support - Get HEIF Image Extensions - Microsoft Store

    I installed on Xbox series X the same HEIF support, but still, Microsoft Photo app does not show .heic files/images from my OneDrive.

    Xbox build is latest insider Delta branch / update ring.

    support.xbox.com is not answering for weeks after reported also.

    I'm afraid the Series X doesn't currently have native support for .heic files. Hopefully one will be added in the future.

    Hello, I went through a rough time getting my customer gamer picture to work as well at first. First, make sure the picture is the right size. I found a great app to resize a photo that is free and simple, just download Polarr on your phone or PC. Also
    I found that trying to upload a photo from my xbox to be near impossible. If you download the xbox app and upload your photo that way it should work. Also, unfortunately xbox is not currently accepting new custom photos due to high volume during the covid-19
    quarantine. Hope this helps!

    Default Profile Pictures?

    I understand that, but as I mentioned the system that does this automatically, if you haven't been successful by App companion, try the Xbox website by logging in with your account and try uploading the photo or image you want.
