    when i click on redeem code in mojang for redeeming mc:win10 edition it brings me to a microsoft store page and says code redeemed. must my mojang account email be same as the microsoft account email? because my microsoft email and mojang one is different.
    it says on the mojang page that my win10 version was redeemed in 2016 which i didnt even have a windows computer then... could xbox send me a new copy? thx

    Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired//// wirelesss, im on it right now

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?///internal

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown... idk

    Is NAT Type Open? ... idk

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

    What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? ... i think its dsl, whatever wireless is

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? cant obtain an ip adress from your router or modem

    ive tried everything, restarting it, static ip adress, help on xbox support, enabling DHCP and soo on.

    and when i tried calling the support place noone spoke english!
