    Hello so my streaming on xbox console companion was fine last week but it look like this rn can somebody help me get it back to normal?(the quality is really bad and there are thic black stripes on top and on bottom)

    Hi, try downloading the profile to your console. Press the guide button, then press X to log out of any account that might be signed in, you should see the Download Profile option.

    HI there,

    be sure to check if the subscription shows at
    http://account.microsoft.com/services

    if it does show there please try the following steps.

    1. Make sure the account showing on xbox.com is the same as shown on the Xbox console

    2. Run network test on the console

    3. Check Settings- Account if the subscription shows there or not

    4. Remove profile from the console

    5. Power cycle the console via Settings - Restart Console

    6. Redownload the profile

    7. Check if Gold is being recognized when trying to play an online multiplayer game or any other item that requires Gold
