    HI there,

    be sure to check if the subscription shows at
    http://account.microsoft.com/services


    if it does show there please try the following steps.

    1. Make sure the account showing on xbox.com is the same as shown on the Xbox console

    2. Run network test on the console

    3. Check Settings- Account if the subscription shows there or not

    4. Remove profile from the console

    5. Power cycle the console via Settings - Restart Console

    6. Redownload the profile

    7. Check if Gold is being recognized when trying to play an online multiplayer game or any other item that requires Gold

    If any of the steps fail then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hi, try downloading the profile to your console. Press the guide button, then press X to log out of any account that might be signed in, you should see the Download Profile option.
