HEAVY PROBLEMS WITH HEADSET

i opened the above request for replacement headphones for the One, which I have broken from one day to another without having undergone any type of accidental damage on my part.

When I spoke on the phone with the operator on 4 February, I was told that it was not necessary to send the headphones routes to Prague (Czech Republic from Italy ...) and that they were going to give me a new headset within 20 working days.

This morning, talking in live chat with support from Microsoft (because I was worried about having not yet received the new headphones) I learn that headphones have never been sent to my home as they wait for me to send the broken ones.

In addition to the damage then insult, not only I have been given false information during the phone call, but I would also spend more than the cost of shipping a new headset in the store.

Not receiving adapter/controller update--incompatible headset?

Im ignorant obviously. It could be that the servers are timing out due to heavy loads? I've updated 3 controllers. No, problems. No messages popped up with me on any of them while being plugged in. Try hard reset and then doing the update. Do it with
just the MS adapter connected. Highly doubtful your actual headset is incompatible.

i haz a problem wiz my accesories, skirt too short and only for women, bling-bling too heavy, fell down on controller and broke it. the headset haz only two speakers for the left-right ears, missing the one for the inner-spiritual ear.
Also kinect show only naked women instead of me to play the games.

 

So, what have i to do for this problem?

 

Take the headset back to where you brought your console from, they should replace it under warranty plus it will be quicker. Failing that shipping with a budget shipper can be as low as £8 or €10. But speak with microsoft first.
