Heavy lags with almost every FIFA 16 Ultimate Team online match (FUT) PLUS slow reaction in ...

Hello there

I've a real issue with lags in Fifa 16 Ultimate Team mode. (But this is the only game I play online, so not sure if other games would have the problem as well).

As I experience also slow reacting XBOX Dashboard I am not sure if Microsoft (and EA) just missed to place a server neat Switzerland / Zürich.

First of all, I think my preconditions are almost perfect:

• Fiber with 100 up/down
• One connected wired on the Fibre-Router (yes, tried different ports and cabled)
  
• NAT is open
• A Rating on "http://www.pingtest.net/" and MOS 4.40
• According to "Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test" Ping 3ms / up 94.31 Mpbs & down 99.49 Mpbs
  
• all ports on the router are open / forwarded. Also tried DMZ
• I am the host for games in 99%
• Just starting games if the latency bar shows constantly 3 green bars (the maximum)
  
• I can attach the results from Ultima Online Trace Utility if required

The detailed network stats directly on the XBOX One say:

• Download: 98.98 MBit/s
• Upload: 99.54 MBit/s
• Latency_ 164 ms
• Paketloss: 0%
• MTU: 1480

So what can I do that I will not further experience issues with lags? The worst thing is, that if I am asking my opponent if he also experienced lags that they say no in 90% of the cases. Either XBOX Live is full of cheaters with lag switch (don't think
so) or there is a issue with XBOX Live in Switzerland.

Fifa streming disconnect

Hello,

since christmas im a proud owner of a xbox one, yeah!

Now i have a problem with the streaming feature.

I always get an disconnect from my xbox and also from the ea server in Fifa after 2 minutes while playing an Fifa 16 Ultimate Team online match.

I can play offline Fut matches, the carreer mode and everything else in Fifa except an FUT online match...

I also reduced the quality to the minimum but it hasnt work.

I tried an other games. No Problems.

Does anyone know this problem and can help me?

Maybe a stupid question, but did you redeem the online pass?

You need to redeem your online fifa 13 pass to make the online part of FUT (Fifa Ultimate Team) to work.

If it does still not work please take your current disc out of your xbox, go to settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Blu-ray, Persistent stroage(clear it 3 times)

Then go to network settings, advanced, alternate MAC address, clear. Your console will reset. Also make sure your NAT type is on open

You can all your Internet Service provider to have them open the ports for you(if they aren't open yet) or you can do it yourself

Opening your ports for your xbox one, enter your gateway IP into the address bar

How to find your gateway ip? On your xbox go to network settings, advanced and you should see "gateway:__________"

If you have a computer near by you can enter those numbers including the periods into the web address bar. From there you should look for something called "port forwarding" if you can not find it, look up how to access your router on youtube.

Once you have gotten to the port forwarding area, "add a new service/add new port" It will vary what it is called on each router

Enter these ports below into the slots

These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Example:

Name: Xbox Live 1

IPV4 address: go back to your xbox under advanced network settings you would also see IP address, that is what you would enter

Type: either UDP or TCP or UDP/TCP

Start Port: 80

End Port: 80

make sure to save when you're done

 

Also

Make sure your Xbox one is directly plugged into the wall to ensure you have the best connection on your xbox one. Please don't have your xbox one plugged into power adapters, power strips or extenders. Make sure it is plugged into the wall outlet directly
