    Hearing the disk eject chirp at random times and more


    Seems like every since the Destiny expansion "The Taken King" went live ive had problems with my Xbox One. The first time i noticed it was the day the expansion went live. The game glitched in the same place on 2 different characters out of 3. Both times
    the game kicked me into space the second time i heard the chirp and the game crashed and the disk popped out. Everyday since the expansion went live i have heard that chirp at random times. All through the day and night. Today i was in a Daily Heroic Strike
    and we were at the boss . The Xbox one chirped, the disk popped out and the game shut down. Before i could get up and remove the disk or push it in . the xbox one sucked it right back in. I have tried contacting Bungie about this. Of course as usual no answer.
    I really think it has to do with the game. But! If any of you have had this problem with any other game and there is a fix. Please let me know. I dont play anything else but destiny. So i really wouldnt know if these problems happen during other games. Plus
    my other games are all digital downloads

  2. Xbox Slim will turn off at random...

    My xbox 360 slim will do something similar. It seems to beep at random times, the beep sound is the same as the eject or on/off sound. Most of the time the xbox will stay on and have no problems however sometimes it will just turn off or the disk tray will
    open. I really want to know what is causing this! Haha. If the brick is not unplugged then the xbox will turn itself on and open the disk tray by itself, also randomly. The most worrying thing for me is that it makes the noise at random in and out of game
    play and seems to be harmless except for the few times its opened the disk drive.

    xbox problem

    My xbox at times doesn't read my disk or even doesn't eject my disk. I usually am constantly having to shut my xbox off and on just trying to have the disk eject. This has been constantly happening where my xbox isn't reading my disk and it takes me multiple
    tries by turning xbox on and off in order for the disk to be read . I need help!

    It just did it again. Twice with in 5 minutes. The game crashed to the dashboard , then the disk was kicked out. I have no way to test any other games. Destiny is the only one i have one disk

    This is what happened. I called support i was told to send it in. I received the shipping label. I sent it as told. 2 days later i was looking at my devises on this site and noticed that out of the 2 xbox ones i have. Someone chose the wrong one and i had
    already sent the correct one in for repairs. I talked to 2 people before this happened and a gave the correct serial number each time. I talked to 2 more people after this happened and i gave them the correct serial number each time. SO i cant figure out
    why it was assumed that the wrong serial number was the correct one? So now i am sitting here wondering if im going to get my xbox one back fix or replaced or if nothing is going to happen and ill have to send it in again . Even though my warranty runs out
    in less than a month. I would really love some answers here. I hope they dont send it back and expect me to redo the repair order and send it back in. That will be another 21 days. Im already missing Destiny's Iron banner that i always group up with my son
    and play. I will be missing Halo guardians going live also. No one seems to be able to tell me exactly whats going on.

    Nobody can help me? I guess im getting *** out of $400 bucks. I keep getting email asking if my issue has been resolved . But the the subject off the emails have nothing to do with my issue. Its not my fault xbox put the wrong serial number down and i didnt
    find out until after i sent the correct xbox one in. I have talked to at least 6 peolpe and none of them can tell me if my xbox is being repaired , replaced or sent back due to the serial number being the wrong one. If its not back before November 1st. I wont
    be able to make another repair order and send it back in before the warranty runs out. I will not buy another . When this whole deal is not my fault!

    I have tried that contact us and it didnt work at all. I have called and talked to 4 to 6 people. Every time they told me they escalated my issue, but! When i spoke to a different person i was told that it hadnt been escalated. Now all xbox has to do is
    call texas (Thats where fedX shipped my xobox one) and tell them that they made a mistake and used the wrong serial number. Give them the correct serial number and fix or replace my xbox one. Every time i called support. I told them the correct serial number.
    I dont know why the guy i talked to that day chose the wrong one. I have 3 xboxs I have 2 xbox ones and one xbox 360. I know how this is going to turn out. Im nto gona get my xbox back until after the warranty runs out on november 8 2015. Then i will have
    to argue with everyone i talk to to get xbox to honor the warranty being im not the one that put down the wrong serial number. I appreciate you response and all but im tired of sitting on the phone every day for an hour or more to be lied to. I hate to use
    the word lie but when the next person i talk to says that what the person before them told didnt happen. That is being lied to. Better yet. If its that much of a problem to fix the issue just keep the xbox one and send me a $ 400 check so i can get another
    one. I mean something has to be done. I am tired to talking to people and nothing is being done

    Its was by phone. It was almost a week ago. Some one from xbox has tried to call me a couple of times but we cant seem to hook up. But im sitting here next to the phone incase they call back today. They ususaly call around this time. Adam from support sent
    me an email yesterday ,but! I didnt Receive it until today . His email said he tried to call my yesterday. His call didnt show up. But i know how these cell phones are. So i blame it on the phone

    I received an email from wilma also saying she would call me at 10am this morning. Never received that call. I wouldnt worry so much if someone could tell me if my xbox one was getting fixed, repaired or sent back. If it is being sent back , it needs to
    get here before november so i can do another repair order before the warranty runs out

    i finally heard from someone. that person re did the repair order but i still dont know when ill be getting my xbox back . missing out on destiny events. pre ordered hola 5. the only way ive had to play it was on a friends xbox for a oouple hours. i also
    pre ordered star wars battle front. it will be out in 11 days. looks like ill miss that also. really frustrating. im sure you can understand and thank you for all of your responses. much appreciated. :-D

    I sent an email to the lady that contacted me by phone. Over a month is long enough. Its not my fault that someone in support put down the wrong serial number after i gave yall the corrected one several times. The main game i play is destiny. I had to purchase
    the game a second time (once on xbox one, now on xbox 360) just so i could do the iron banner crucible that pops up once a month in destiny. i cant get anything done in game on xbox 360 because my friends are all one xbox one. I pre oredered Halo 5 for xbox
    one. I cant play it . I have no xbox one. i pre ordered Star Wars battlefront. The way things are looking I wont be playing it either. I how about yall just keep the xbox one. Send me a check for 400 bucks. Im going to sometime this week and getting a PS4.
    I wonder if it will last a year? I wonder if it goes bad will the support mess up my repair order and then keep me in the dark? I hate Playstations period, with a passion! But microsoft is leaving me no choice. I am not enjoying my gaming at all.

    As a matter of fact. Just send me a check for my Xbox one and pay me back for my xbox live. if i cant play why did i pay. At least with playstation network i wont have to pay. If anything goes wrong with the ps4 im getting this week i wont be losing anything!
