Headsets wont work on xbox 1

Discus and support Headsets wont work on xbox 1 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; None of my headsets now work with Xbox 1, they all used to but cant' figure out a fix or what's going on!     None of my headsets now work with Xbox 1, they all used to but cant' figure out a fix or what's going on! Please help as 3 kids going nuts

    Are you kids in a family account? You may have to adjust some of the settings in there. What type of headset is it? Are you sure it's compatible with the Xbox one?

    having problems with the headset wont connect with my controller im using a 3.5mm jack

    Tried all of that and still nothin and the headset works perfect wit my friends . This is an absolute joke that the xbox wont allow the headset to work
