    headsets on Xbox series s not working


    Ive been using a Hyper x headset with the new controller, and all of a sudden, i get absolutley no sound coming from the headset. Ive tried the headset on my laptop and it works, ive tried different headphones, ive tried a different controller, ive tried updating the controller, ive restarted and done everything, it literally makes no sense, xbox just doesnt work with a headset.

    HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset not working on Xbox.

    yeah and the problem is that Amazon and others are saying "Works on Xbox Series S/X"

    and on the box of the headset its PC, PS4 & PS5..

    Thank you for responding, I am on an xbox series s and I believe it started today after I connected a wireless headset I have also tried restarting my xbox but it didn't work.

    xbox series s headset volume way too low

    So to make this even more confusing to figure out. I just dug out my old xbox one s, fired it up and tested all the controller on
    it. The old ones still work fine. The black one that came with the new xbox series x works fine. The new style white controller that come with the new xbox series s and the new style black controller bought today from best buy BOTH have the headset low volume
    problem on my old xbox one s. Totally confused at this point.
